We want you to love your Olive & Piper pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like earrings may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified and processed correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
